FOYER: Use this space to organize your beach gear and leave your shoes. In the winter, it will be a great place to hang jackets. Beach towels are provided - so please kindly return them to the house after shaking out the sand.

KITCHEN: This kitchen was made for large crowd cooking! Fully equipped with full sized appliances to serve all your cooking needs, it's fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, bakeware, etc., leaving you wanting for nothing. There is a gas cooktop above the electric stove. There are plenty of dishes so you can fill the dishwasher before having to run it. Publix is two blocks away for all your grocery needs, but starter kitchen supplies and paper goods will be provided.

LAUNDRY: Side by side washer and dryer are downstairs for your convenience. Starter laundry supplies will be provided.

HALL BATH: Conveniently located down the hall off the kitchen by the utility room.

LIVING/DINING: The living room has plenty of furniture for all 10 of your friends/family to gather. In addition to meals, use the kitchen table or spacious island for family game night by selecting from the many games stocked in the house including Scrabble, Monopoly, Jenga, Chutes & Ladders, Rummikub, Uno, and others behind the sofa.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom features a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom including a shower and walk-in closet. Smart TV.

BACK PORCH: Relax and enjoy a beverage on the back porch while you fire up the grill for your favorite fresh fish you picked up at Joe Patti's or caught while out on your boat. We've tried to help with the mosquitos with a trap, but you may want to use bug spray. This is Florida!

All secondary bedrooms have room darkening drapes.

BUNK ROOM: two twin over twin bunk beds. Smart TV. Dresser storage.

PALM TREE ROOM: Queen size bed. Closet and dresser storage.

FRONT ROOM: Queen size bed. Closet and dresser storage.

FRONT UPPER DECK: Enjoy another place to have a drink or read a book. Just unwind.

The following items are provided as a startup supply: paper towel (1), dishwasher soap (1), dish soap (1), sponge (1), trash liner (2), toilet paper (2 per bath), bathroom trash liner (1 per bath), shampoo/conditioner/box soap (1 set per bath) and laundry detergent (1). Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows are all provided.

Guests will access the home with a specifically assigned door code. Our co-host Rhonda Kalis is local and can address needs while you’re visiting.
